Our Kitchen and Bedroom design service is FREE to existing clients. We charge a refundable fee (Including VAT) to new clients and / or builders. We refund the design fee in full against the purchase of a kitchen or Bathroom from any Home Extension Advisory Service approved supplier meaning the design service and plans are FREE to you too.
Existing Home Extension Advisory Service customers are auto enrolled on to our Kitchen and Bedroom design service. There is a simple questionnaire to complete for new clients/builders so we can understand your needs, preferences and budget necessary to enable our design team to produce high resolution 2D plan drawings to scale, for you to seek comparable quotes.
A member of our design team will sit down with you, either in your own home, at our offices or on a Zoom meeting, to produce your kitchen/bedroom design. Our team will help to bring your design ideas to life.
We have access to many manufacturers and suppliers and a huge portfolio of previous projects, to offer inspiration if needed or we can build your 3D images (see below) from your own description, from a photo or a brochure. Obviously, the design stage is the time to consider different options or variations before committing to your final choice.
Our design team can show you photo like images to help you make that decision. Our kitchen and Bedroom manufacturers and suppliers can arrange the full install or supply your kitchen flat packed or even partially built.
We will agree a day and time to deliver your kitchen/bedroom fittings to your property. Most of our clients have their kitchen fitter / builder waiting to receive your new kitchen (Unless you are using our fitting service). Once you have checked your order and are happy everything has arrived undamaged, we will ask for the final payment for the order. If you or your fitter have a question or wants some advice, we are only a phone call away.
