Home Extension Advisory Service was founded in 2009 by our MD, Paul Bradley. With more than 40 years’ experience in the design and building industry, Paul combines real hands on experience with the latest technology to make the design and build process so much easier than the traditional route.
Paul has considered the problems consumers have encountered when designing and building a home extension or conversion to provide solutions to prevent homeowners falling into the most common and costly mistakes.
We design in 3D so you can see exactly what you are having built, in photo like images, before you sign off on your dream home. This also ensures you can see varied styles and designs and receive an independent building quotation before tendering for a builder.
We have created a network of builders we are happy to recommend because our clients asked us to help them find builders they could rely on and trust. All of the builders on our panel are independent, local tradesmen and pass through our due diligence checks before approval is granted to join our panel.
We also offer our clients access to our trade discounts and contacts so they can enjoy substantial savings on their project by excluding profits from builders and retailers and shop where the trade shop for items such as fitted kitchens, fitted bathrooms, windows, doors, floor tiles etc.
