Years ago, when houses cost £30,000 for A three-bedroom semi-detached and a rear extension cost £4,000 to build, traditionally you used a set of 2D drawings and made changes as you went along. That’s the way it was done, and you would also put aside a contingency for changes you would make during the build.
Our clients had purchased a modern three-bedroom house in Cheshire. They wanted to convert their small kitchen into an open plan kitchen with a dining area complete with bi-folding doors leading into their garden.
