Years ago, when houses cost £30,000 for A three-bedroom semi-detached and a rear extension cost £4,000 to build, traditionally you used a set of 2D drawings and made changes as you went along. That’s the way it was done, and you would also put aside a contingency for changes you would make during the build.

Our clients had purchased a modern three-bedroom house in Cheshire. They wanted to convert their small kitchen into an open plan kitchen with a dining area complete with bi-folding doors leading into their garden. Here we have the rear extension built and the wall taken down complete with a vaulted ceiling, roof lights, and bi-folding doors leading out to the garden area.

Throughout our design process, we are constantly checking the indicative building costs. The cost we expect builders to submit when tendering for the works. Our database is updated weekly with building material costs and all associated costs. We make sure our information is up to date so we can give you accurate costings at all times.

Once we agree your design is the design you are confident that you want to build we will then produce your planning and building regulation drawings and obtain the relevant approvals.

BESPOKE DESIGNING

We will take your design brief and match it with our database to amend to your needs.

For a small charge, we will personalise your design therefore keeping your design costs to a minimum.

You can benefit from quotes with our partnered structural engineers and Approved Building inspectors keeping your costs to a minimum and giving you the highest chance of a smooth process.

We will submit your drawings to the building control inspector appointed and keep in constant liaison updating you along the way.
